How to make my presentation more presentable and eye catching..

Assalamualaikum peoples..
Seem like forever from my last post<which i can't remember when>huhu..
Well, here i am, writing again in my beloved page blog and sharing..hope you enjoy it :)
Today's assignment:
Regarding to our dearest lecturer, Encik Azmi Nias's question on how to make my presentation more presentable and eye catching..hmm,well here is my answer..

The most significant criteria is preparation..
When we are all prepared and know inside out of what we want to present, it can make our presentation much smoother..no such thing as pausing and panicking if we forget some of the point..
Always practice as practice make perfect..you can practice in front of your friend, your family and even in front  of a mirror..

Preparation is important to our level of confidence..
When we are all equipped with all the important things to present, our confidence will flow automatically and bad habits such as stuttering will go away.. Confidence can make you feel everything..as the strongest, the biggest, the richest..everything is possible if you have confidence in yourself..

If we have doubt on our own ability, it make it harder for us to present successfully..
Believe in yourself and things that we want to tell  play a big part..
When we doubt our own ability and things that we want to tell, our self confidence level is low and this will lead to a dull and boring presentation as we are playing it safe..

The reason i  answer this way is not to tell and educate people on how to make their presentation more presentable and eye catching.. I am not always well prepared, not always confident of myself and most of the time i doubt on my own ability to do well.. I think i will never be that good and i should be the last person that you want to listen to relating to this question.. but, this answer mostly arrowed straight to myself, as i need a platform to make such a big leap forward and change my style and bad habits so i can present better next time around..

Updating and summarizing the session 1 PBL (AIS 630)

Assalamualaikum everybody…It seem like forever when I last wrote on my blog..This time around, I want to share my experience with my groupmates relating to the PBL lesson in this past week..

First week, we have been assigned to formed a group of 3-4 members..Our group (pujaan Malaya) consisting of myself, Mohd Nazirul and Emil as our group leader then has been given a task to solve a set of question based on our own understanding by discussion between group members..

The first thing to do, understand the question first before we started solving it and making any conclusion about it.. Here, cooperation between members is so important so that we stayed in the scope as a group..

Then, there comes the time when we have to present our solution and ideas on the given task (question 2) in front of our classmate and En Azmi.. It was always a scary situation but we have to do what we have to do and in the end, I think we managed to pull it off as a team.. However, En Azmi has reminded all of us that in the future presentation, we can’t always depend on our  note anymore, which means we have to be more creative and fluent with our presentation..

Updating PBL Session 1 (What I do not like about this PBL session?)

After doing all the thinking, it seems like I can’t find anything that I did not like about this PBL session.

Updating PBL Session 1 (What I like about this PBL session?)

What I like the most from this PBL session is it educates us to study not by book but by our effort to try to understand it in our own word. This can be accomplished by forming a group study.

Updating PBL Session 1 (What I do not know about this case/problem?)

I think I did not understand some of the role of the Steering Committee relating to evaluating project request from other department and approving the completion of each stage in System Development Life Cycle.

Updating PBL Session 1 (What I Know about this case/problem? )

This case talked mostly about Steering Committee, which is trying to find solution to the problems that has been encounter by various departments in the company. This is known as preliminary investigation step.

Factory Department is all well but in Sales and Inventory Department, there is problem in determining the available stock in hand because the amount keeps changing. One of the person involved in the meeting have give some suggestion on how to improve on this problem.

Lastly, the system analyst has been given the task to prepare all the necessary tools to gather information relating to the problems and needs.
